With a Master of Science in Human Resources Management, in which she earned a 4.0 GPA, and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, she brings a robust educational foundation to her extensive career in human resources. She earned her MBA from Western Governors University, where she sharpened her leadership and strategic management skills, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, giving her a solid foundation in healthcare operations and organizational dynamics.
Her work in developing an employee handbook to streamline onboarding and supporting the oversight of 300 clinicians during the COVID-19 Mitigation Response, expanding services to underserved communities, reflects her ability to deliver long-term, impactful results.
